There will be an additional charge of $2.00/day per dog for food if we have to provide it.

Chick Utley
Why Select Chick Utley as YOUR Agent ? I’ve lived in Ashland and Hanover all of my life. I know and love the area and I put that knowledge to use for YOU. I am a PMP certified project manager with over 30 years of experience in planning and managing major events. This means I pay attention to all the details and my clients are fully informed every step of the way. Most agents hold Open House from 2:00-4:00. My Open House hours are from 1:00-5:00. Longer hours = more visitors. Which can lead to a quicker sale. I’m “onsite” – 24 hours a day. By using the innovative “Talking House” system, interested parties hear me describe your property right over their car radio. People remember a “Talking House”. I create a DVD of your home which I give to anyone viewing your home. This is especially helpful when dealing with potential buyers from “out of town”. The buyers can then “walk” through your home as many times as they want, whenever they want. New to the home ownership game? Let me give you an overview of the buying and selling process. I can put you in the strongest position possible, whether you are buying OR selling. After you pack everything up and are ready to move, the last thing you want to do is to clean your old house. I reward my seller/clients by having their home professionally cleaned (totally at my expense) after the move. I reward my buyer/clients by providing them an allowance of up to $500 to help with moving van and storage expenses. Availability is critical to success. My goal is to return every phone call within one hour – 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Over 75% of home buyers conduct a part of their search over the Internet (just like you are doing now). I have over a quarter of a century of work experience in the Information Technology industry. So I know how to exploit technology for my clients. I create a customized plan for each client. Whether buying or selling, no “one size fits all” approach works. I personally partner with each client. You won’t get passed off to another “team member”. Customer Service Second to None. Unique in today’s world. I remember when customer service really meant something. When you deal with me, I want you to feel like you are my ONLY client. Let me make Real Estate simple for you. Together We Make A Difference. I have the honor of being an Official Sponsor of the Hanover Humane Society. I donate 5% of every commission check to HHS to help them fund their mission of protecting and saving dogs, cats, and other...

Andy & Tammi, I just wanted to send some pictures of Charlie. He has adjusted very well and seems to be very happy here! He likes to be around the horses and if he had a choice, he’d be living in the barn 🙂 At least when he escapes through the front door when I get home I know where he’s going! He also likes to pester the cows that we live next door to by barking and conversing with them every afternoon. Charlie’s favorite spot is lying on the back patio surveying his backyard and soaking in the sun. Charlie is a wonderful companion and is a great exercise buddy!...

Hi Everyone! We just wanted to thank you for giving us the opportunity to adopt such a sweet puppy! We adopted Jerry (renamed Snoopy), on Dec. 5, 2008. He adjusted very well, and loves his new kitty brother :). We are so happy to have Snoopy in our home, and so thankful to the Hanover Humane Society for everything you did for him! Since we adopted Snoopy, he has grown up a lot – he is under 30 lbs., but pushin’ it :). He visited Ohio for Christmas, and loved all the snow! He is good walking on the leash (we are working on heel), and he knows the commands sit, stay and come. He is so sweet, and we love sharing our home with him. Thank you so much to everyone at the Hanover Humane Society for everything you do! With Sincerest Thanks, Katy and Eric...

Zoey was originally adopted out by us as a puppy. Ultimately, after the birth of their child, Zoey was returned to us by her family as a young adult dog. Zoey lived at our kennel and was the model canine; she showed well to prospective adopters and was well-mannered. Sadly, though, she was with us over a year before she found her forever home. Her new owner, Jennifer, came to visit with us and fell in love with Zoey. The rest is a happy ending, with Zoey being primarily an inside dog with an adoring family and her own pet sitter that visits her daily! ...

George entered our program with his sister Blossom after they were surrendered by their elderly owner. Both cats seemed rather depressed as they were being maintained in their home by family members, but their owner had already relocated. George, a purebred Maine Coon cat, came to us with terribly dull fur, fleas, a terrible case of ear mites, and an upper respiratory infection. He was nurtured by our foster, Cheryl Brunel, and after a month of good food, flea preventative, ear mite meds, and antibiotics, George really started to shine. At almost sixteen pounds, George had the unmistakable presence of an “self-assured, in control” Maine Coon! He was adopted by a family who recently relocated to another state. His new family sent Hanover Humane this digital and let us know that George had settled in. He now has a companion cat named Zoey living with him, but George is still King!...

Hi there, Hanna is doing great – she has also taken to the indoor life quite well, and is very fond of her stuffed toys, has frequent ‘puppy quakes’ as we call them, where she tears around the house with her toys playing like a puppy. She has been walking with me about 4 times a week 1-2 miles, took a while to get adjusted to the walking thing as she was terrified of the lawn mowers and any odd noises, but she is doing so much better, having Jo work with us with the pinch collar really helped, she is on a regular collar now. She loves playing with other dogs, we spend a lot of time with Scott’s sister who has an 8 year old lab, and they get along great. She is still working on the house training…again, doing better, but still a few accidents. She is a sweet girl, loves the kids, and is still obsessed with the cat (see pictures I attached…really quite funny), who has decided that Hanna is ok, and the cat chases the dog around the house. We are so happy to have her in the family. So glad her puppy is doing well – hard to believe she had puppies as she seems so young herself! Thanks for checking on her. Jennifer Brown ...
