Other Considerations
Bedding and Toys:
Bring familiar bedding and toys from home that will help your dog adjust to the new kennel environment. All bedding should fit into a standard washing machine.
Food:
Even small changes in diet can cause gastrointestinal upset so we ask that you provide the food for your dog to eat during his/her stay. To ensure that you bring an adequate supply of food from home, we request that owners put the food for each meal in a separate baggie AND include enough food for 1 extra day. There will be an additional charge of $2.00/day per dog for food if we have to provide it.
Medications:
Bring all prescription medications in their original bottles. We will administer according to your Veterinarian’s instructions at no extra charge.
Special Needs:
We require advance notice for elderly or special needs dogs that need extra assistance or medical attention. Extra charges may apply based on the level of care required. We do not board diabetic dogs that require insulin, administer any injections, nor do we administer fluids to boarding dogs..
