The Hanover Humane Society has been in the business of caring for animals since 1986. Let us give you the peace of mind that comes from knowing your pet is in the best possible hands. We welcome you to tour our facilities prior to making you reservation for boarding (or grooming).

Background:

Our facility was operated as the Yopaka Kennels for more then 60 years with Hanover Humane Society purchasing the property in 2006. All proceeds from the business continue to help our non-profit organization. When you board your pet at the Hanover Humane Society, you support programs that save lives and help deserving animals find new homes.

Facilities:

• Individual indoor rooms with heating and air conditioning, stainless steel constructions and outdoor access
• 20′ fully-enclosed runs that vary in width from 2.5′ to 4′ to provide plenty of room for your dog to get adequate exercise. Runs are disinfected multiple times each day.
• Elevate, PVC-coated, perforated flooring that provides excellent air circulation and drainage, as well as a comfortable resting place.
• Fenced play area outdoors with a jump guard for supervised exercise periods.
• Full service grooming station with bathing tub.
